Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic

minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper

to taste

1 cup marinara sauce

12 slider buns

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into mini meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
