3 tablespoons white miso
4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 cloves fresh garlic
minced
2 green onions
sliced thinly
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, white miso, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread the miso butter mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
