4 large chicken breasts boneless skinless
12 pepperoncini peppers + 1/4 cup juice from the jar
1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
1 (1 ounce) packet au jus gravy mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick) cut into pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and their juice on top of the chicken.
- Dot the top with pieces of butter.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
