1 lb ground breakfast sausage

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon melted butter


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the cooked sausage into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the dip.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm with your favorite chips or vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding chopped green onions or jalapeños. This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
