- 10 oz linguine
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook Noodles:
Boil linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. - Cook Beef:
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes. - Make Sauce:
Stir in brown sugar, beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, pepper, and red pepper flakes. - Thicken Sauce:
Mix cornstarch with water, then add to skillet. Simmer until sauce thickens. - Combine:
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until fully coated. - Garnish & Serve:
Top with sliced green onions and serve hot.
