  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 10 oz linguine
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  • Cook Noodles:
    Boil linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook Beef:
    In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  • Make Sauce:
    Stir in brown sugar, beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Thicken Sauce:
    Mix cornstarch with water, then add to skillet. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Combine:
    Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until fully coated.
  • Garnish & Serve:
    Top with sliced green onions and serve hot.
