Ingredients
1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cream cheese
softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cherry pie filling
1 cup whole cherries (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup extra chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat, then add the dark chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker pie crust and smooth the top.
- Spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the chocolate layer.
- Top with whole cherries and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips.
