1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup mandarin orange slices

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
