Ingredients
1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (.6 ounce) package sugar free lemon flavored Jell-O®
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup frozen light whipped topping

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ground cinnamon. Mix well until crumbly.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the sugar free lemon flavored Jell-O® in the boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- In another mixing bowl, beat together the reduced fat cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly pour the dissolved Jell-O® mixture into the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until evenly incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
