1 cup peanut butter
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup corn syrup
⅓ cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 ⅓ cups rolled oats
½ cup flaked coconut
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup raisins
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla extract over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, flaked coconut, sunflower seeds, raisins, and chocolate chips.
- Pour the melted peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
