1 cup orzo pasta
¼ cup butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked orzo to the pot along with the Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley before serving.
