½ cup peanut butter
½ cup packed brown sugar

40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the beaten egg, vanilla extract, and milk until combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, you can drizzle melted chocolate over cooled cookies.
