1 cup pecans

1 egg (for egg wash)

Powdered sugar (for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well mixed.
  • Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle and roll it up tightly.
