1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
4 slices cheese
4 brioche buns
4 slices tomato
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices bacon
4 tbsp mayo
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then add a slice of cheese to each patty and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the burgers are fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
- While the burgers are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Toast the brioche buns in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked turkey patties on the toasted buns, topped with lettuce, tomato, bacon, and mayo.
