Ingredients

1.25 lb ground turkey

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp chili powder

4 slices cheese

4 brioche buns

4 slices tomato

4 lettuce leaves

4 slices bacon

4 tbsp mayo


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. Mix until just combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then add a slice of cheese to each patty and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the burgers are fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
  • While the burgers are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  • Toast the brioche buns in the oven for 1-2 minutes.
