1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Bisquick or all-purpose baking mix

1 cup milk

2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion, stirring until the beef is cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  • Season the beef mixture with salt and black pepper, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
