1 small onion diced

1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick or all-purpose baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion, stirring until the beef is cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the beef mixture with salt and black pepper, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the beef mixture into a greased pie dish, then pour the Bisquick mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with optional ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
