Delicious and moist Pistachio Bread perfect for a snack or dessert.
Ingredients

1 cup shelled pistachios
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
softened
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by vanilla extract.
- Alternately add the milk and dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a splash of almond extract or topping with a glaze after baking.
