Ingredients

Two sheets of thawed vegan puff pastry

Biscoff spread

ground ginger

granulated sugar

dairy-free milk

icing sugar


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the vegan puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into tree shapes.
  • Spread a layer of Biscoff spread on each tree cutout, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle ground ginger over the spread for an added festive taste.
  • Layer another tree cutout on top of each, pressing down gently to seal.
  • Brush the tops with dairy-free milk and sprinkle granulated sugar for added sparkle.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
