Ingredients
Two sheets of thawed vegan puff pastry
Biscoff spread
ground ginger
granulated sugar
dairy-free milk
icing sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the vegan puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into tree shapes.
- Spread a layer of Biscoff spread on each tree cutout, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle ground ginger over the spread for an added festive taste.
- Layer another tree cutout on top of each, pressing down gently to seal.
- Brush the tops with dairy-free milk and sprinkle granulated sugar for added sparkle.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar for a snowy finish.
