1 Pack Mini Eggs (80g)

12 tsp Chocolate Icing (Or Extra Nutella)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
  • Place the pastry squares in a greased muffin tin, ensuring they form a nest shape.
  • Beat the egg and brush it over the edges of the pastry to give a golden finish.
  • Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella into each pastry nest.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Decorate the nests with mini eggs and drizzle with chocolate icing or extra Nutella.
