1 (5.2 ounce) package garlic and herb cheese spread (such as Boursin®)

softened

1 large egg

beaten

5 large basil leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles.
  • Place the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Mix the olive oil, minced parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Spread the softened garlic and herb cheese over the pastry bases.
  • Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese, cut side up.
