1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
4 oz cream cheese

½ cup caramel sauce (or chocolate drizzle)
½ cup toffee bits (or chopped nuts)
1 tsp cinnamon (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it.
- In a large bowl, combine the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, mix the sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Once the cake has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce (or chocolate drizzle) and sprinkle with toffee bits (or chopped nuts).
- Garnish with cinnamon if desired before serving.
