Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, melt the unsalted butter and mix in the light brown sugar until well combined.
  • Add the all-purpose flour, pumpkin pie spice, and fine sea salt to the butter mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  • Press the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust.
  • In another bowl, combine the pumpkin pie filling with the sweetened condensed milk and ground spices, mixing well.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  • Sprinkle butterscotch chips, toffee bits, and chopped pecans evenly on top of the pumpkin layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
