18 (6 inch) corn tortillas torn in half
1 (28 ounce) can green chile enchilada sauce
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 ounce) container reduced fat sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the chicken in a skillet until no longer pink, then shred it and season with garlic salt.
- Layer half of the torn tortillas in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the shredded chicken, half of the enchilada sauce, half of the sour cream, and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
