Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved radishes, melted ghee or butter, fine salt, black pepper, dried herbs, and minced garlic. Toss until radishes are well coated.
- Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until radishes are tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, and serve warm with a drizzle of ranch dressing or a garnish of fresh herbs if desired.
