1 tablespoon melted ghee or butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the halved radishes, melted ghee or butter, fine salt, black pepper, dried herbs, and minced garlic. Toss until radishes are well coated.
  • Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
