1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional
for smoother drizzle)
optional
to garnish: a pinch of matcha powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and green food coloring. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for easier handling.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate melts with coconut oil (if using) until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with additional melted chocolate if desired.
- Garnish with a pinch of matcha powder if using and let set until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
For best results, ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing to achieve a smooth texture. Adjust the amount of matcha powder based on your taste preference.
