1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber and slice it lengthwise into thin sheets using a vegetable peeler or mandoline.
- In a bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese, minced red onion, capers, fresh dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper, mixing until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Place a slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Carefully roll the cucumber slice and secure it with a toothpick if needed.
- Repeat with remaining cucumber slices and serve chilled.
