6 slices bacon
4 cups romaine lettuce

1 cup cherry tomatoes

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice Optional
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using).
