Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta, chopped herbs, garlic, lemon zest, and chili flakes. Stir until well mixed.
- Roll out the pastry on a floured surface and cut it into equal squares or circles.
- Place a spoonful of the feta mixture in the center of each piece of pastry.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle or half-moon shape, sealing the edges with a fork.
- Transfer the turnovers to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with olive oil.
