400 g Chicken thighs (cut into small pieces)
2 cup scallion (chopped)
4 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder (more or less to your liking)
2 tablspoon corn starch
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and corn starch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped scallions and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the scallions are tender but still vibrant.
Notes
For a twist, you can add vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas. Adjust the black pepper according to your spice preference.
