Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes, cooking for another minute.
  • Pour in white wine to deglaze the pan, simmering until reduced by half, then add heavy cream and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Remove from heat and fold in cooked lobster meat and shrimp.
  • In a baking dish, start layering: place a layer of lasagna noodles, then seafood mixture, followed by ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and a sprinkle of parmesan.
  • Repeat the layers, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Allow the lasagna to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
