4 (5 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon coarse sea salt, or to taste
1 pinch Creole seasoning (such as Tony Chachere’s®), or more to taste
1 tablespoon chicken broth or water
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. This helps keep the chicken moist and flavorful.
Season the chicken with ½ teaspoon of coarse sea salt and a pinch of Creole seasoning. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
