½ cup strawberries sliced
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
¼ cup candied pecans or walnuts
¼ small red onion thinly sliced
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove minced
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the spring mix greens, strawberries, goat cheese, pecans or walnuts, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until everything is nicely coated.
