1 can black beans
drained
1 can kidney beans

1 can corn

Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
- Drain excess fat, then transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker.
- Add black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine all ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
