Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat
1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
1 packet onion soup mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves minced
4 tablespoons butter
½ cup water or beef broth
1 pound green beans trimmed
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, baby potatoes, onion soup mix, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- Add the butter and pour in the water or beef broth.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the trimmed green beans and stir gently to combine.
