2 cups elbow macaroni
uncooked
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the uncooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, milk, and melted butter.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the macaroni is tender and the cheese is melted.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
Notes
For creamier mac and cheese, add more cheese during the cooking process or top with breadcrumbs before serving.
