1 cup mayonnaise

4 tablespoons pickle relish

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 tablespoon white vinegar

1 1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it up into pieces.
  • Once the beef is browned, form it into small patties and smash them down for a crispy texture.
  • Place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
