1 (16 ounce) package fudge brownie mix (such as Betty Crocker®)
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons water
6 graham crackers
1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
8 (1.5 ounce) bars milk chocolate
coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to brownie mix package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water; stir until well blended.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake according to package directions, usually for about 20-25 minutes.
- While brownies are baking, prepare the S’Mores topping by breaking the graham crackers into quarters.
- Once brownies are done, remove from the oven and top with graham cracker pieces, miniature marshmallows, and chopped chocolate.
- Return to the oven and broil on low for 2-3 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Be careful not to burn the marshmallows under the broiler; keep a close eye on them while they toast.
