Ingredients
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal (or puffed rice)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips or mini chocolate chunks
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Optional: Sliced strawberries or banana for fruity variation
1/4 cup chocolate sauce or melted chocolate
2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
Optional: Sprinkles or edible glitter
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Rice Krispies, mini marshmallows, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Lay a sheet of parchment paper or a bamboo sushi mat flat on your workspace.
- Spread the Rice Krispies mixture evenly onto the parchment or mat, forming a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers evenly over the base layer.
- Optional: Add sliced strawberries or banana pieces for a fruity twist.
- Using the mat, carefully roll the mixture tightly into a log shape, then seal the ends.
- Chill the rolled sushi in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to set.
- Once chilled, slice the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce, sprinkle with graham crackers, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
- Add sprinkles or edible glitter for extra decoration before serving.
