Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with unsalted butter.
  • Cut the sourdough bread into cubes and place them evenly in the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure to soak all the cubes evenly. Add mixed berries on top.
