4 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust based on sweetness of mangoes)

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, sugar, water, fresh lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as necessary.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Stir the mixture with a fork to break up any ice crystals, then return to the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully frozen.
