4 Premade flat bread or pizza Crust

3/4 cup fat free mozzarella

4 oz ham

1 bunch asparagus

4 eggs

1 scallion

2 tbsp parsley

olive oil spray

everything bagel seasoning (optional)

kosher salt


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a baking sheet, lay out the flatbreads or pizza crusts.
  • Spray the flatbreads lightly with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the fat-free mozzarella evenly over each flatbread.
  • Layer the ham and chopped asparagus on top of the cheese.
  • Crack an egg onto each flatbread and season with kosher salt and everything bagel seasoning if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the eggs are cooked to your liking and the edges are crisp.
  • Garnish with chopped scallions and parsley before slicing and serving.
