1 ½ cups fresh strawberries

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt mixture, pressing them slightly into the yogurt.
- Add any optional toppings if desired.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve immediately.
