Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the gochujang paste, orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush generously with the gochujang mixture.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
- Meanwhile, prepare your rice or quinoa as per package instructions.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Assemble the bowls by placing a serving of rice or quinoa at the bottom, topped with salmon, colorful vegetables, and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
Notes
You can customize the vegetables based on your preference or seasonal availability. For extra spice, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
