Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
1/4 tsp salt
4 oz light cream cheese
2–3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp almond milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, freeze-dried strawberries, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients with the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and roll in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Place the protein balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes
To adjust sweetness, modify the amount of maple syrup or honey used. These protein balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
