Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing well to combine.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries and white chocolate chunks.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
For best results, use fresh and ripe strawberries. You can also substitute the strawberries with other fruits like raspberries or blueberries if desired.
