1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix

8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) butter, melted and slightly cooled

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

30 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, melted butter, and egg until combined.

Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth and thick.

Scoop dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar or pink sugar if desired.

Place dough balls on prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.

Remove from oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
