Pink or red food coloring (optional

2 cups powdered sugar (for glaze)

34 tbsp strawberry milk (or regular milk + 2 tbsp strawberry syrup)

½ tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, vegetable oil, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk and mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in the strawberry pudding mix, strawberry extract, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth. Add food coloring if desired for a swirl effect.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, strawberry milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake before serving.
