A refreshing Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

½ cup milk (or more to taste (any kind works – skim

1 cup vanilla yogurt (I used Greek vanilla
but regular works
too (plain is also fine!))
1 tablespoon maple syrup (OR honey OR white sugar)
1 (10-12oz) package frozen strawberries (can also use fresh hulled
but then add 4-6 ice cubes as well)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the milk, vanilla yogurt, maple syrup, and frozen strawberries.
- Blend until smooth, adding more milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra creaminess, use full-fat yogurt. Add more strawberries for a fruitier flavor.
