Ingredients
½ cup margarine
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 cup granular sucrolose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
¾ cup all-purpose flour
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ cup skim milk
½ cup chopped walnuts (Optional)
1 (1.4 ounce) package sugar free
chocolate fudge flavored instant pudding
1 cup skim milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, melt the margarine and cocoa powder together, stirring until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
- Stir in the sucrolose sweetener, followed by the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Add the skim milk and the chocolate fudge flavored pudding mix, stirring until the batter is smooth.
- If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
