2 eggs

1 cup granular sucrolose sweetener (such as Splenda®)

¾ cup all-purpose flour

⅛ teaspoon salt

¼ cup skim milk

½ cup chopped walnuts (Optional)

1 (1.4 ounce) package sugar free

chocolate fudge flavored instant pudding

1 cup skim milk


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl, melt the margarine and cocoa powder together, stirring until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
  • Stir in the sucrolose sweetener, followed by the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  • Add the skim milk and the chocolate fudge flavored pudding mix, stirring until the batter is smooth.
  • If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
