1/2 cup Monk Fruit Allulose sweetener
2 tablespoons heavy cream
3 teaspoons raspberry extract
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
10 ounces sugar-free chocolate chips (melted)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Monk Fruit Allulose sweetener until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream, raspberry extract, and melted coconut oil, mixing until well blended.
- Spoon the mixture into small silicone molds, pressing down to pack it tightly.
- Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips and drizzle or pour over the cheesecake mixture in the molds.
- Place the molds in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set before removing the bites.
