Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sucralose sweetener, and eggs until well combined.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each cookie slightly with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern on top.
