Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the condensed cream of mushroom soup to the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
